Earned credit can only be used toward the purchase of wedding extras featured in our Palace Productions services (Amada Flower Design, Delight Cake Studio, Evoke Events Decor, Quantum Events Technology, EDGE Exceptional Destination Groups & Events, Esenia Entertainment Studio, and Memories Photo and Video). Earned credit cannot be used toward wedding extras by outside vendors. Reservations with overlapping dates qualify - only dates within promotion can be considered for added value. If credit goes unused during stay, it cannot be refunded, exchanged for other services, or applied to a future stay and will be forfeited.
